For more than 57 years, we have continued to set ourselves apart through uncompromising standards of practice. In 1965 Modern Services was established as Modern Air-Conditioning Inc. In 1980, Modern Services acquired R.L. Anderson, and this acquisition made Modern Services one of the region’s largest HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing contractors. Now Modern Services is a division of Beck Companies. The Beck Family has deep roots over 115 years in the Southwest Florida region. The Beck name is synonymous with quality.
Since its inception, Modern Services has focused on installing, servicing, and replacing air conditioning systems in homes and businesses in Southwest Florida.
