Plumbing Maintenance Agreements

Preventative Maintenance Agreement includes one maintenance visit. The service agreements allow customers to receive priority service with a two hour window on all plumbing service calls.

Plumbing Maintenance includes:

  • Inspect toilet and tanks for leaks
  • Inspect faucet for corrosion
  • Inspect faucet for leaky seals
  • Inspect all visible drains
  • Inspect and test all emergency shut-off valves
  • Inspect disposal unit for leaks and corrosion
  • Inspect waste and overflow trip drain
  • Inspect whole house for water leaks
  • Locate and test emergency water valves
  • Inspect pumps (sump, sewer, laundry)
  • Check house water pressure
  • Inspect water heater relief valve
  • Check for proper combustion air intake
  • Record temperature settings
  • 10% discount on all plumbing repairs
